I've had a premium account for over a year, and now, since this most recent update, I can no longer export my video, it gets to about 80% and kicks me back to editing. I'm a YouTuber that, has not missed a scheduled upload until today in two years. All day, I've been replacing files in the video project for fear something was corrupted, I've deleted all unnecessary files from my phone to free up 35 gigs of Hard drive space, I've closed all apps running in the background, nothing works.

I've used Filmora for years without issues, but I don't do anything crazy, just edit video length and string clips together on my phone, it worked really well for that. But recently I've noticed it's been stripping HDR from my imports, and the colors are all messed up. I don't see any settings for it, so I'm not sure what to do because it's completely unusable now :/

It's glitchy & it doesn't always save the drafts?! 😭 So upsetting and I'm paying for this too!?? When I'm trying to edit captions it moves around, adds random letters, refuses to delete letters, or skips out on words & letters I'm actively trying to type in. Then I worked on stuff and opened the next time & that work isn't there anymore. It doesn't save. 😭😭😭 I haven't used it as much to know what other issues there are, but this is already frustrating. I paid to get frustrated?? #4907218
