Hate itNotificationsSpendingIt was very easy to book my flight and at a great price - at first. I was supposed to get 1 checked bag for free and ended up having to pay an additional $105. I paid it just to have it refunded because they decided to charge me $207 instead FOR 1 CHECKED BAG, and I had to check my bank account to see that it was done. They didn't even notify me! This was my 1st booking with them and it will be my only booking with them! Smh

SpendingSeemed like a great deal at first. I got a flexible ticket because I wasn't sure about what time I was leaving. I went to change it, and it said there was a £10 change fee when it did not state this on the policy. Then the price went up while I was changing it. I could've just bought a changeable ticket on the railroad website. :(

DifficultHate itWaitingPurchasing ticket, I chose an option to upgrade my ticket to make it refundable. When I actually wanted to change or refund, I had to wait for a chat conversation for 30 minutes. Later, he said the refund was not available, and the voucher, which will take 15 days to receive. To change flight was impossible as there were no flights. I really felt scammed and unpleasant with this sort of communication in this age... I have never had these issues with other companies. Very dissapointing.
