Battery UsageHate itSpendingNot sure if my issue is with Google or just Google pay… but I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a week regarding a suspended Google pay account due to my husband accidentally reporting fraudulently charges (forgetting his card was tied to my account to pay you tube). We have submitted every document under the sun to get the account reinstated, but Google sends the same generic emails and when you speak to someone on the phone the calls are outsourced and the people on the other end are of no assistance. So all because of an accident which I am sure another person in the world has done before I can never use Google pay again to pay stuff!!! Like just delete the card; it doesn’t even exist anymore!!! I should still be able to either use my other payment methods or add a new payment method. Instead Google pay is basically like you can never use Google pay again. Ridiculous!!!

BugsFeature RequestsLove itPayment and BillingPrivacyYou say one thing about using our personal information then in another app you have a laundry list of personal information you collect. If that isn’t enough you sell our information to a 3rd party who sells it to , only God knows who and how many. All the while telling us how safe we are using your product. Well being one who has had a problem with having my social security number used and my credit card compromised several times, I’m more than a little nervous about anyone collecting my personal information. I really think we should be allowed to opt out of your information collecting process. We just may not need all of that wonderful experience that comes along with the possibility of having our identity stolen. I know my opinion won’t change a thing but I know there are many others out there who feel the same way. Donna

AdsBugsDifficultHate itPrivacyFor the second time in the past few months using google , I encountered a scam. I opened an article and the only thing I saw was a message telling me I had a virus and I should hit Okay. My phone was frozen. I couldn’t close it or go back. I deleted the app as it was the only way to regain control. I’ve also had experiences where the headline in the newsfeed did not match the article once opened. Too many ads makes it impossible to read some articles. I’ll only use it to open articles from sources I recognize. UDATE it happened again using google today and I had to delete google again. I certainly don’t feel safe using the google app and if it happens again I will not reload it. It happened again so I don’t plan to download and use it again and will probably uninstall any google related apps/programs. I was opening an article when it happened. I can’t be the only one having this problem.
