Sometimes taking a walk in the evening is a really good clarify and then when you finally reach your destination, you’re unclear like how to proceed because you’re tired and so you sit down and you’re just waiting for the next scanner thing to be working correctly so I can make these documents, but come and say hello

Upon opening shipping bag it came in and not encased in a protective box. Just a flimsy carry bag ,it appeared to have already been used. Instructions unreadable even with 8” magnifying glass with built in light. The control unit was already in the on position and the battery compartment was missing the locking screw. I was forced to download UPS app that I don’t need and I would have to pay for it. I see it was also stated in another post. Too bad it wasn’t available previously before purchase. All battery’s were charged and installed. The response for start was inconsistent. I found this unit more trouble than it’s worth and request a refund. What is your process for returning this Unit. I go to Mikes in Doylestown absolutely the best the employees are all super friendly and make the best hoagies use to go to New Hope Pa not so good anymore so I take the extra drive to come to doylestown cause they are so fantastic
