every time I try to get on to track my family they're literally in two different cars pretty much next to each other or behind each other but yet the app say they're miles apart from each other, and I had to turn my phone off and back on to reset so I can possibly find exactly where they're at and then it doesn't always work I think you need to fix whatever bugs. still slow updating, sometimes have to turn it off and on again, it's getting better

It works when it wants to. I paid from premium and sometimes it takes days to catch up. It's super frustrating to pay for a service that only works every now and then. Currently it is 2 days behind. Not helpful at all. update lowering to one star based on its inability yo correctly update minute by minute location

this app is absolutely garbage! I use it to keep an eye on my kids. the notifications when they leave and come are NOT accurate!! thy will get home and it will alert me 5-20 minutes late! when you go into the app it takes FOREVER to refresh the location! and it's constantly making my phone freak out. will most definitely be finding a new app!!!
