This game came up multiple times as an ad in other apps and finally gave in and downloaded. Just gotta tell you, WAY TOO MANY ADS WAY TOO OFTEN! Paid to take away ads and def no regrets. Game play is smooth, graphics are nice, and you would think matching cakes would be easy and mindless but not the case, need to plan & strategize your moves as you go. I find myself playing this alot, worth every penny for me. My only gripe is there is no “help”. If you don’t know what something is or does then oh well, too bad for you. Would think be simple enough to put in settings somewhere. Purchased on my iPad and was unsure if no ads would carry over to iPhone, so far no ads but my progress and name/avatar established on iPad did not come up. Seems like it recognizes my account bought the rights but nothing else otherwise. Again, a HELP option would be nice.

I loved this game when I first downloaded it, hated the ads though. So I bought the app to get rid of the ads and that's when I noticed the game changed. It was no longer a simple puzzle game. It started giving me pieces I couldn't put anywhere over and over and over again so you have no choice but restart the match. You'd use up all your in game money to move pieces around and have to restart anyway because the game just keeps giving you impossible pieces to play. I understand each level gets more difficult but I know what i'm experiencing is just greed plain and simple. I bought the game therefore there's no more money coming from all those ads so they make it now that you have to spend your real money to get anywhere in this game. At least make the help tools restart back at 0$ once you get a new cake. Like how big and greedy can you possibly be. My god. Oh and the fortune wheel ? RIGGED. I get it everyone's gotta eat, it's just lame and it's not as fun anymore. You can't even empty your piggy bank now if you buy the "no ads" without spending real money what is that??? It's lame and it should be fixed or don't even have the option to get rid of ads. It's a scam to get you locked in to buy and spend money on a puzzle game. Big L for loser. Returning to my review to emphasize how the fortune wheel no matter where you tap it, it gives you 60 coins. No matter what which is rigged??

This game would be fun if the monetization was less aggressive. I’m very willing to pay for games but the amount they charge for various aspects of the game is outrageous for what it is. The last time I look it was $8 to get rid of ads forced upon you during gameplay (which is roughly every 1–2 minutes if you play fast) but it keeps all ads for everything else. You need to pay extra on a regular basis to not watch any ads. And the ads are long and very invasive. They require interaction to even trigger the ability to dismiss them. And many of them will repeatedly open the open the App Store to try and force you to download the app advertised. Just as an example, I paid $10 for a much more involved end well developed mobile game a few months ago with ZERO ads. I also paid around that much for another mobile game that gets regular updates and is also much more involved and complicated to develop. Both of these were RPGs with much better graphics and highly complex game mechanics. This is just a puzzle game and they’re charging more if you factor in the ads and other micro transactions. The game itself is pretty fun but I had to delete it. There are other ad driven games that are not nearly as aggressive or invasive.
