With this latest update (Hogwarts Pride) when I go to claim the Chocolate Frogs I get thrown out of the game and am unable to progress any further in the game. I have done all the recommended "fixes" emptying the cache, reload the game, ect and nothing works. They "fixed" it for me, but the next time I got Frogs the exact same thing happened. I love love love game. Please fix this bug. I can't even get to the support page the way it is now.

I love this game, however here lately it kicks you out and doesn't save progress and as a bonus it doesn't give you back your energy used, also the side quests take a ridiculous amount of energy and that's most of the game. it seems more of a "pay me" game then it's worth for the hassles of it constantly closing and restarting on you is worth. But if you have the time to just keep going back into it every 4 minutes for 1 energy refill to try to beat the timer it's amazing

I love the story and game but I've been having a bug for a while where when I leave the app, it'll undo a bunch of stuff I did! it's horrible and it's made me fail quests that I successfully finished. like, I'll be at 3 star with full energy, finish the other two stars, then leave to wait for more energy but when I come back it'll say I only had 3 stars still and I ran out of time as if I didn't finish it an hour earlier. it's so unfair and it makes getting anything finished impossible.
