    Been a smoker for 40+ years and didn't think anything could work. I made an effort to try this program whole heartedly. It actually worked! it may not feel like your hypnotized but you become extremely relaxed. I love the positive reinforcement. like with anything you need to really want to quit. Sometimes I wish the sessions were bit longer. I'm a month smoke free!

    I can't write about the app itself as I didn't actually use it with in the time frame as my father died unexpectedly. I found myself in the right place and tried to sign up for a year, following the instructions within the app. Sometime went wrong and I couldn't access, though I had been charged. I messaged about the problem within the app. They rarely reply. I have been promised a refund but again silence even after multiple messages over 2.5 weeks. Customer service is appalling!

    It's OK. The hypnosis part seems more like guided meditation. And I really don't like that they give you just a week to cut down and then you have to stop. If you don't, you have to start over and redo everything you JUST did. I've been smoking for 28 years. I need more than a week to cut down. And I'm actually doing it. It's a little discouraging that I have to start over. And I just passed the trial mark so I had to pay. And it isn't cheap. I feel there should be more to the app for the $.
