Wouldn't let me pay for parking because "license plate didn't match what was scanned at entry." Triple-checked plate even though I didn't need to because we had our plate info saved and had parked in the same lot before. There's no way to bypass this error, either. It just won't let you pay. Absolutely unacceptable to depend on this app and potentially get a ticket for its errors. EDIT: IT GOT WORSE. They retroactively started my session and charged me $75 for TWO DAYS of parking I didn't use.

1st time parking at this place & I scanned the barcode on the ticket. I thought if I paid early I would be 1 step ahead. I read the ticket afterward & found out you have 30 minutes to exit once you pay. I was double-charged at that moment but was still away from the vehicle 45 minutes away. Paid an additional $17.00 once I left the parking facility, but 2 days later they reimbursed me $34.00, so I was only charged $17.00. I am very impressed by their honesty. Thanks !!!

Google Maps led us down a street that was blocked off because of the game being played that day. without the ability to turn around because there was a line of cars behind us all waiting to turn in the parking garage on that street. the only available option was to park in that different parking area than one I paid for so after consideration, I changed my rating from one to 3 stars since it wasn't the apps fault.
