Hate itSpendingbeware. I had a great experience but things seem to be changing. I booked a spot in Manhattan. I arrived and the garage was full and would not honor the reservation. I was told to contact the app. I made a second reservation but directions took me to the first one and wasted time. I had to get to my appointment so found a garage. all total for 2 hours of parking cost $135 dollars!! I tried contacting spot hero - no response. so basically there's no guarantee that you get a parking spot.

SpendingI do a lot of conventions and live entertainment, and some cities are a nightmare to drive and park in. This app saved me so much headache in trying to find parking, and it saved me money because I only had to pay $83 for a weekend in a garage instead of $50 a night for hotel parking. Definitely keeping this one.

BugsHate itSpendingI used this app on quite a few times and always found great deals that are much cheaper than the regular parking rates. Never had a problem using the parking pass at the garages. On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport.
