Version 2025.1.1A
DifficultFeature RequestsLocationDifficult to register as a non US resident. It needs to accept +44 nnnn nnnnn type numbers for say the UK plus our alphanumeric postcode. However I was set up once I got to the US. Works fine for tickets selling and journey planning. Would like to see more information about the train, short platforms boarding/disembarking locations as per the MTA app.

BugsFeature RequestsHate itLocationPrivacyWill not stop nagging me to enable location permissions, no matter how many times I tell it NO. Stop asking! I don't care! I only use this to store my bus tickets (usually works fine, but sometimes slow to load at PABT where cell connectivity kinda sucks, which leads to me having to step out of or hold up the line to board the bus). Would be nice if 10-trip tickets had longer expiration times, but partial refunds (prorated) for unused days work fine in-app.

DifficultNotifications1. Bus schedules and stops are very hard to read and to understand where everything is. The search is non-existent - you have to scroll through endless stops all over the state. 2. Some extra clicks are needed for many operations. 3. No notifications about light rail disruptions and timing. 4. A few other things.
