The download and use of the BodyFast app is free of charge. Full access to all available Coach features is limited to subscribers. There are different terms to choose from. If you opt for a subscription, you will pay the price set for your country and displayed in the app. If you don’t cancel the subscription on Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current term, it will automatically renew for the originally selected period and your deposited payment method will be charged. You can also disable the auto-renew feature in your Google Play account settings.

ConfusingFeature RequestsHate itUpdatesOverall, the app is great at keeping everything in check. although the plan editor is so confusing. i dont understand why there isn't a copy and paste feature to continue the same routine every week. having to manually set the same plan schedule every week is annoying. as well as setting up the plan. i set it the same times every week. but not its telling me to eat when its not that correct time. there needs to be an update to this feature.

BugsPricingThe free version is great for fasting start/finish times, water reminders, but more information about PRE fasting, and the benefits of different phases would be helpful. As someone who often forgets to eat or doesn't eat much to begin with, it could be helpful to do an insulin resistance Starch Solution type meals a week prior to fasting. My two main problems are that I don't consume ENOUGH to sustain (so my body stores everything), and not getting enough water without feeling too full to eat!

FamilyHate itI am a VERY experienced intermittent faster (2+ decades) and I decided to try this app because other apps have a childish gamification aspect that I detest. This app could be perfect BUT it does not offer a stopwatch style fasting option, where you select your plan and then each day manually start and stop the fasting window. Since my schedule is different every day, I literally cannot follow any plan the app has, so I am not using it. So frustrating how one issue makes the app useless for me.
