Enabling either of these features will save the user from having to enter their login information every time they want to use the app.

Version 7.4.1
logincustomer_supportperformance_and_bugsEvery time I select my provider to send the message, the app jumps to acting like I'm trying to login to the app from scratch, booting me back to the first screen I see when I first launch the app. It's an endless loop, and renders the app totally useless. I went back and forth with tech support for more than a week, and after I lost a little steam and wasn't engaged for a couple days, they closed the ticket and stopped responding. None of their suggestions helped. (Pixel 6a)

Version 7.3.4
notificationsmonetizationupdates_and_maintenanceThis last update removed every single message my doctor has sent this year. Test results for this year are also gone. I have no idea where the specialist referrals went, they have no notification. I despise that I can't move away from the app for one second without having to log back in. Oh and my favorite part is where it tells me I have a balance, and when I hit pay, it takes me to a page that says no clinic listed. No option to fine one at all, just those words on a blank page.

Version 5.4.2
designfeature_requestsserviceA useful tool for communicating with your doctor. The UI is not intuitive, and is getting worse. The function to request a prescription refill is no longer accessible from the Medications button (a red herring) on the main screen. Instead, you have to go to My Records, then tap Medications. Then tap the Plus symbol at the top-right. Not only is it hard to find, but the plus symbol is confusing here because on the other Medications page (main-screen) the plus symbol is used to Add a new med.
