This is such a beautiful game. The style and character designs are flawless, and literally everything is free. On top of that, the ads are optional, like if you want to unlock something, then you watch an ad, which leads to my problem. I paid for the no ads, but it doesn't work for some reason. Despite paying for them, can you please fix this.

My 4 yr old loves this app, however there is a constant barrage of ads breaking play time. Although they give instructions on how to buy the app to get rid of ads, nothing of what they say actually exists. The contact link goes to text messaging app with no address for their support. No matter how fun an app is, the fun drains out when the kid has to constantly stop play to deal with ads. Overall, a frustrating app.

I love this game. There are so many places!. But theres a problem whenever i play it , it always glitches and i again have to load in the game. Please try to solve this problem. Thank you.
