I ALWAYS have to open this app twice. The first time, it hangs up. Close it, reopen it, and it eventually opens. Adding an item to your list with a quantity only adds the item. The quantity does not get added until you change it on your list. Many items appear in generic categories instead of on assigned aisles. The search functionality needs MAJOR work. Some of the suggestions aren't even close. I also have found it impossible to add some Publix branded items to a list.

App when it works is pretty good, but it takes forever to load (shows splash screen). Not great when I'm trying to check out and want to pay with the app. I end up just paying with my credit card as normal. Besides that I liked the list making feature and how it separates everything by aisle, it makes shopping easier and quicker. Easier to see what could be in stock too. But please fix the splash screen issue because otherwise there's no point in using it.

This app is too over engineered for absolutely no reason. Example: you can't just find a product to get a price; you have to search, filter and have the exact spelling of a product to get the price. But only if it's in the correct main category. That is beyond ridiculous and the opposite of user friendly. If this app is meant to drive away business, it is doing a great job. I don't know of any other app that is this frustrating to use. 👎
