I love these lights! They are bright and great and this app comes in handy when laying in bed. The remote has to have a direct point of vision to connect. For the app.. it could use some improvements although it’s nice! Some suggestions: The color wheel does not include WHITE as a preloaded color or even in the wheel itself, so I can only set my lights to WHITE using the remote. The timer is confusing and did not work. Did not really clarify what time I was setting it to turn off or on for. I’d like to be able to set my lights to turn on a certain time, like an alarm but for my lights. Not just a timer to turn the lights off (which did not work) . Also there are a few scenic options for the lights, but it would be really awesome if they allowed users to create their own color patterns and or share them! I know there are other apps for led lights that allow the consumer to create light shows and then share them for others to use themself. That would be so awesome! There are only a few color shows, not one for each color and only a few color combos other than RgB. Great lights so far :)

I am not one to write reviews, actually, I don’t think I have ever written a review for an app. However, there has been a recent change to this app and I am hoping the issue can be resolved. I am a teacher and use these light strips within my classroom. The kids love them, I love them, and being able to control them with my phone via Bluetooth is my favorite feature! Recently, I have noticed when I open the app the ads are no longer muted and end up blaring very loudly. Previously, the ads were automatically muted when you open the app. I completely understand the need for ads, but I wanted to write this review and hopes that this feature could be changed. It is extremely distracting when I open up the app during school hours and whatever ad starts blaring… again, I absolutely love your products, and constantly recommend light strips to my colleagues! Not only are they fun, but they also serve as a wonderful visual classroom management tool for voice level! Update: I change the review to 4 stars! Nice seller and really quick response regarding the issue I mentioned. They said they were working on the issue and would fix it very soon. Highly recommend. Original review: I bought two floor lamps last week. In the beginning, all the physical switch, mobile app and remote function well. But when I opened my mobile app this week there was a pop-up notification saying new firmware found. After I clicked Update, everything changed. The physical switch and the remote both didn't work, and the lamp started flashing and kept changes colors. I unplugged the two lamps, then the physical switch went back to work, but two remotes still couldn't control the lamps. I tried to unpaid the remote following the instruction, but I was stuck in the first step, the light didn't flash! When I bought the lamp, the remote function was a key point that I chose this product. But now I'm thinking of returning these. I contacted the seller, they just said unpair the remote which I already told them I was stuck in the first step! Don't know if I can get any useful product support.
