Customer ServiceDifficultNetworkAs a game, 3-4 stars. Good game, not so great optimization sometimes. Server issues. I have 2 stars because as a returning player, I couldn't get into my old account despite logging it correctly. And I had a friend verify if my old account was still in game so it's not gone. I tried using customer service but it is mostly automated and unhelpful, I tried to use the 'human' variant and have gotten no response AND it was difficult to navigate. So basically I lost everything unless I get a response

Hate itLove itSpendingTeamsLove this game, but I wish everything wasn't so overpriced. The game is pretty stingy with giving fragments, clues, inspirations, etc; but they mark all the prices so high. Another one of the big disappointments are the crossover skins, they're only for a month and you miss it you can never get them again. It's a gamble getting the skin you want, and you have to spend a lot to get them all. I think it would be really beneficial if there was an option to trade skins and such with other players.

BugsDifficultFeature RequestsHate itIt's a good game but some of the mobile aspects at least don't work. There is no way to submit feedback on mobile, the submit button doesn't work. In the intermediate "blocking players from rescue" tutorial as the hunter, It wants you to demonstrate the Ripper's fog blade ability— yet the ability isn't unlocked to use in the tutorial. It is impossible to complete this tutorial. My rating would be better except for these flaws.
