This is the worst app I’ve seen since smart phones were new. It doesn’t load. I cannot pull up any of my child’s information. I cannot access messages. It doesn’t register when I’ve opened any notifications/alerts so it always look like I have one. It’s the new year and our school district said my child’s teacher information would be available but the app can’t even load that page. I cannot believe this is the best they can do. It’s embarrassing for the app creators and the schools using it. There just HAS to be a better option out there.

The app doesn’t send you new emails, it resends old emails when you receive a new message even when it’s from an unrelated staff member or subject. The app send button closes the pdf attachment even though it’s on the opposite side of the screen. The close button closes the attachment. The forward option doesn’t include attachments. So good luck sharing or saving the syllabus. So, dear high school, when I don’t get your emails, it’s because the app screws up.

I can’t get into the app. Tech support provided user name and temporary password for me to use and quickly reset, but I get the same error massage over and over. I deleted and reinstalled the app twice - no change to the problem. Without access to Parent Vue I can’t update contact information, view my child’s classes, etc. This is a terrible/useless app that has got our school year off to a frustrating start.
