performance_and_bugsaccessibilitypaymentuser_data_and_privacyUnfortunately, you can’t do anything with the app. Most times, when you try and click on something from the menu at the top. It will send you to a page, that tells you to download the app. Then it just starts glitching or freezing when you make a specific selection for info or records and simply doesn’t work. So you can’t get anything accomplished with the app I would be way too scared to try and put in any personal payment information with the app being so Unreliable. Hard to say what would happen with that personal information. It would most likely be leaked, or easily hacked. Great idea, just bad execution and no real follow-through.

paymentpricingfeature_requestsThe fees for adding money to the accounts are ridiculous and the frustration over that is only compounded by the inability to transfer money from one child’s account to another. When it is the last day of school and one child has $10 and the other just went into a negative balance by a couple dollars, the user should be able to take a few dollars from the account of the one child to cover the negative balance of the other child instead of paying a fee that will probably be more than the amount owed to make it a zero balance. I want to give the app one star but the ease/convenience of adding money to the account brings it up to two stars.

performance_and_bugsaccessibilitysocial_and_communityloginmonetizationI work for a company that owns many apps, so this review is not coming from someone who is technologically challenged. I unfortunately have no choice but to use this app for my children’s school. It’s incredibly clunky, full of errors, I constantly am redirected and have to log in multiple times. The captcha system is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Fee to fund ratio is predatory, it’s around 20%. Absolutely hate this app to the point where this is the one and only review I’ve ever taken the time to write in the App Store. If you’re a developer or employee of this company, I hope this feedback gets to anyone at all.
