I do very much do enjoy this app, but I think it’s some slight improvements that are needed to be made. You starting to be like Netflix when it comes to coming out with the next season of shows that premiered here first. For example Kingdom Business, I am a big fan of the show but I have lost the interest because of the time frame that it is taken if it is coming out with a season 3. Secondly, I was looking forward to watching For Better or Worse on the app and it is not here. I know there was a point when it was available but not anymore. I want what is showed on cable to match the app. Lastly, the shows do not update along with what comes out new on cable. Paramount + shows updates the new episode as soon as the episode has aired. I think is an amazing feature especially if I don’t have cable. I pay $10 for this app every month but still have to pay for cable to watch the shows I want because it takes until the end of a season to watch it. When the app should mirror what’s being showed on cable sooner than the end its season. If an example of this is needed, Sistas. Overall I do like that app and would love if these features could added or even taken into consideration.

Many are talking about the glitches and the fact that you can stream BET+ for free if you have cable, but the only reason I have the app is because I signed up for the 7 day free trial to watch All the Queens Men, and let me just say, I wouldn’t pay them a dime even if they paid me to watch. I hate that the continue watching feature is not accurate. I’ll be on episode 8, but the continue watching will be on episode 4 so now, not only do I have to search for the show and find the episode that I’m actually on, but I also have to wait for all the ads to play before I can get to the specific part I left off on. Why I can’t select the episode I want to watch from the “continue watching” option doesn’t make sense to me. I have to search the show, then click on it, then click on episodes and try to remember if i was actually on episode 8. Only to start the episode, and realize after skipping towards the end that I’m actually in the middle of episode 9 (fell asleep and there is no “are you still watching” feature) so now I have to go back, select episode 9 and wait for all 7 ads to play before I can get to the part I was on. By the time I’ve done all that, I don’t even want to watch the show anymore. Imagine after going through all that, and only getting 3 mins of watch time, you’re forced to sit through another 5 mins of ads 😭. Literally deleted the app cause I’m not bout to pay for what I can literally get for free on TV.

So I have tried many things with is app. I have tried to email the developers of the app, I took the app of my phone and put it back on, I restarted my phone and the app and nothing has changed. I pay money for the subscription and I want to be able to watch shows on the app and not on the website. I really need y’all to fix this app because I pay money every month and I can’t watch anything on this app and this has been happening for months I really need y’all to do something about this. My mom can watch shows on the app but I can’t so this really needs to get fix and asap. Like I’m really starting to get annoyed with the app and not being able to watch shows on it. I pay money monthly can y’all please do something about this? Things with this app needs to be done and it needs to be done asap. Hopefully the developers can do something about this. I don’t want to keep wasting money on something that I don’t used and I have to watch something online
