Been a subscriber since 2006 and the improvement is leaps and bounds. I remember when apps were being introduced the Apple TV app was definitely lacking. Finally they made one and it is nice! The interface is definitely smooth and up to par with other streaming sites. One complaint though is I need to turn on the subtitles every time I watch a new episode. Is it possible to set it once then forget about it until I need to adjust it again? Other than that great app!

I was very excited to find that all my favorite shows and movies I grew up watching are finally in a streaming app. I did notice that I can view the English subtitles WAY better when streaming on my computer browser. The font was bigger and there was a gray shadow behind the text so viewing subtitles while watching on my computer was great. However, when streaming on my phone through the app, there are no English subtitles at all? Even after redownloading the app. There are no subtitles…Then when streaming the app on any television, the English subtitles are in very small white font, very hard to read, and there’s not that extra gray shadow behind the texts to make it easier to read subtitles. Wanted to see if there were going to be any updates or improvements in the works in regards to the presentation of English subtitles for streaming on television and on phone?

The iWantTFC mobile app is good for overseas Filipinos wanted to watch filipino shows online away from home. But there is one thing that I wanted to share with iWantTFC. The only problem I'm having with them is the slow response and most of the time not at all from the customer service when I needed a refund from a subscription even closing my other iWantTFC account. It takes forever to reach them, only email and no live customer service agent to call any phone number. I hope they can fix this since Im a loyal customer of TFC since they had it here in the US.
