This app is completely awful. Had it for several years and mostly stream on a smart TV. The app takes multiple attempts to start up, and sometimes only after turning off and rebooting my TV. Then when I get to a show, it hangs up on the blue screen repeatedly making it almost useless to try and watch. Tried all the usual troubleshoot options (un-install-re-install, update, turn on and off the streaming device,etc) and doesn't make a difference. Have multiple other streaming services work fine.

I used to pay for this app. A couple of months after I started using this app it stopped working... on all my devices. Speaking with customer service did absolutely nothing. So I canceled my subscription but got no refund, of course! This was last year-2023. I'm still (10/24) getting emails from paramount stating they are still working on my issues. I no longer have an account.... what issues? Now I have a free subscription and it worked fine until recently. Same issues all over again. 🙄

I like the selection of shows and movies... whenever I'm able to even browse them, let alone watch anything. It's either as soon as I open the app, it either closes itself right away or soon as I click on "shows", it instantly closes. The one time, after it closed, I got a notification on my phone screen that said the app had shut down due to a bug, and update it when developer fixes it. Was gonna pay after free trial but not wasting my money now
