I love the selection of movies and usually don't have any issues with streaming at all. However I am now frustrated because the app will not work at all with my home wifi network. I have gone back and forth with Starz customer service and my internet service provider to address the issue. I was told by my ISP that I may have to get a static IP assigned to my wifi which is an extra $10 a month. That's ridiculous! I should not have to pay an extra $10 a month just to stream Starz in my own home!

I made the mistake of accepting a 6-month offer for $20, I then turned around and canceled my subscription because I didn't want to renew it at the end of the 6 months. 6 months later Stars tried to charge me for a Year's subscription and my account declined it. I canceled my account again and got a confirmation on it. Everyday after that stars kept trying to charge me for lower subscriptions until they finally found one at the amount would go through on my bank. It's predatory borderline fraud.

I subscribed to starz. did not receive a notice that my account would be renewed. saw the charge. was virtually impossible to cancel on computer. went to phone. thought I'd canceled but no. recheck this evening. still subscribed. canceled subscription again. cannot find a way to get a refund even tho I haven't used the app for months. Will never watch anything on starz again. and am not sure if I will continue to use Google play.
