DifficultLove itWaitingReach out to the support team you say?I'm sure people have been trying to do that for several issues but they're mostly either delayed response or left unanswered. How can you expect users to genuinely have a wonderful experience on the app when several users from the support team are also abusing their authority? I've been using this app for a decade now and been trying really hard to cultivate a friendly and positive environment, but it seems to me the well being of the users isn't a priority.

CameraDifficultHate itUpdatesThe update now is ok, I like the fact that layout stayed the same, don't like things moved around each time. But what's missing now is personalisation options for chat. Grey bubbles are boring and makes it difficult to read, and in previous version we had colors and transparency options. Can't even adjust intensity of background photo.

However, regarding the last version,the performance ia really good and smooth, but regarding the appearance in comparison with old versions is not preferred. It it a little bit hard to distinguish between bots and users messages, please keep the bota messages in blue as in the old versions, please try to make the the users profiles photos smaller during channel chatting as in old version. I hope my comment will be taken into consideration. Thank U
