What a HORRIBLE GAME! It started out great. Now, I've sent in SEVERAL attempts to get help with the game, and none is given! LOOK! The game won't allow me to move an item. IT'S frozen on the space. I can't merge items when I see I have 3 or more to do. The game moves items from a play space to another by itself. I have several open play spots, but the game says NO OPEN AREAS FOR PLAY! I can't play like this, and it's been 2 WEEKS! I'VE MISSED OUT ON A LOT! Where's the programmers out there!?????

I've always had a 5-star experience with this game: progression feels nice, rewards are solid, story is cute, etc. I've played it for a long time now. One of the best aspects was the optional ads (to get more energy). Now they're not optional, and they pop up in the middle of gameplay. It's becoming intrusive enough that it's ruining the game for me. If the game needs more ads, tie them to better rewards instead of a small amount of energy. Random near-constant ads is a huge turn-off.

I havent been able to play this game in over a month. Half the time I open it and it never loads, just goes back to my home page. The other half, it had opened but after doing a couple things (collecting, gnomes working, etc) it shuts down and I've lost all i did. I'm fixing to delete it.... help!!!
