it won't load my main account anymore. Some how it has reset my main account back to the beginning. I even played through the whole tutorial hoping afterwards I could log in but my main and new account both are reset to the beginning of the game. I dont want to work my way through all over again. Very disappointed and uninstalling. The game was really fun up until this point.

The game itself is enjoyable. I love the raids and dungeons. The creativity on characters is great. many maps. the new event quests have been great. heroic modes for seige add that little extra challenge. The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because there are too many bugs, I am still waiting for loot to be returned from months ago. you can send a ticket, they will tell you to submit on their forum, however no one cares. lack of quality control is a big issue.

Game is fun and enjoyable, but only if free to play. Game is in maintenance mode. Don't recommend paying any money as there are too many bugs making it impossible to calculate what you lost to even bother to create a ticket. Slow and poor customer service, too. Finally, this game should remove pvp. pve and group pve (raids/ sieges) should be the focus as this is a solid puzzle game at its core.
