I have been utilizing Uhaul services for over 30 years. We relocate often due to work. Most affordable prices with excellent service when you interact with staff. THE MOBILE APP IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I enjoy incredible mobile applications with a multitude of businesses. My last 3 moves have been challenging strictly due to the mobile app glitches, screen freeze, slow reaction. Wake up, please. I really don't want to switch to a moving company.

I was very worried because of the bad reviews, but I had no problem either picking up or dropping off, the photos were easy to take and worked right away. My phone often has problems with that kind of thing so it was a great relief Obviously it's not working for everyone but I think most people don't bother to leave a review unless they have a bad experience so it looks worse than it is

They make you do all the work then change the price!! I installed the app, reserved the trailer an when I went to pick up the trailer they said they needed to charge me for another day. I entered the pickup time and drop off time In the app but at the store they charged me another day's rental for pi king it up at 2 and dropping it off at 4. Two hors $30! Even though I had it in writing on the app. Tried using app to chat both the text and the Email covers the screen with key board. blind typin
