BugsFeature RequestsPayment and Billingthis app is designed so poorly it makes me want to never book a flight through them ever again. i was just trying to check in for my flight and it took this app 27 minutes to let me check in. have to acknowledge the real ID page every 30 seconds. each page takes minutes to load. and then gets an error because it times out consistently. you need a credit card on file to check in.

Log InIt's a great idea. Alas! It only worked half the time. After a reasonably successful use one way, on my return flight the app seemed to "brick" after I tried the RFC and QR code at the quick bag check. The app would run, even after a cold start, but wouldn't display any data even after scanning the code. I had to clear cache, clear storage and log in again to get back in action.

Battery UsageLevelLove itPayment and BillingMaybe this is not so much a review of the app but of their check in policy. I feel it is extortion to REQUIRE a credit card on file AND pre-authorization to charge it. I am on this flight solely because my favorite discount airline doesn't have a nonstop option on this particular travel date. The ticket cost is more than double (even with United's "Basic Economy" tier. I'm ok if you give me the option to to pre authorize but not that I MUST pre authorize.
