BugsLog InUpdatesWaitingMy work booked a flight for me, but I cannot get the flight to show up on my app. I assume because I have a personal account for the app that was not used when my work purchased the flight. When I log into the app it shows "no trips." I have to remember and enter my reservation number through the app to look up my flight status. Even then, the app seems very buggy. It does not look like the flight status is being updated. Google told me about my delay and I never received a notice from SW.

BugsLove itNotificationsUpdatesWaitingNEW Review: Brand new App and still SAME ISSUES. Old Review: Takes way too many taps to get to boarding pass, then bugs out and tells you to check in again, every time I use the app. App does not update current flight status, does not update delays, and does not give notifications. Seems to be either buggy, or not very well designed. I have updated to the latest updates multiple times, still no fix. I have to get my flight delay updates from Google, not a good look for the Southwest app.

Hate itLog InNice app, but I've had to reset my password every time I access the app because it forgets my password. Once I'm logged in and booking a flight, it prompts me to log in (while I'm already logged in) to purchase my flight. So, what's the point of being logged in? And why do I have to enter travel credit info when it's already listed on my account?? Very annoying!
