Spirit no longer accepts Discover as forms of payment. After verifying this, when my card kept being denied and then setting up a new form of payment, I lost the price of the flight I was purchasing. Very annoying because it seems many times, just as I am ready to purchase a flight, the price suddenly changes. I feel like once it is your cache you should be able to purchase at the price you were quoted, especially if you have already placed your card information in it!!

It took 2 hours to book a flight because the website kept kicking me off, requiring me to re-enter my information every time I looked away for a minute or so. I downloaded the app hoping it would be more stable and instead got kicked for "inactivity" when I was literally on the app filling out information. What actually happened was that someone else picked my seat out from under me and Spirit kicked me off. Genuinely the most frustrated I've ever been trying to buy something online.

Terrible app experience. Wouldn't allow me to check in. tried 6 times night before flight. Initially, wouldn't allow me to pay for a picked seat, then wouldn't allow me to remove the seat. Wouldn't allow me to add a card payment. Tried 2 different cards multiple times to no avail. Closed the app & tried again a few times, still didn't work. The seat was stuck in the cart. Waited until day of flight to try again & was allowed the 7th time, but was forced to purchase the seat in order to check in.
