Compare this experience to Delta app and it's night and day. The stability and performance are terrible. Constant errors when trying to change seats. Checked Reddit the particular error code has been going on for years. Frustrating to not have access to make changes, chat bot is terrible, phone wants go charge you $25 even though there's an app error. The experience before the flight matters, but JetBlue doesn't seem to prioritize it.

Terrible app! I was trying to book a round trip flight and when it asks from where to where and back, it can't locate ANY airports, even though I've confirmed through another website the flights are coming to and from those specific airports! I can't even get my points through them. Hire someone good to fix this app because it's by far the worst one I've seen so far

Horrible! This is the most difficult app that I have ever loaded. The instructions are confusing and take too long. Why can't I just pick a password and be done? It issued me a pw and told me don't worry about it being confusing I do not have to remember it as the system will remember it... soooo... why did I spend my time doing it? All I want to do is be able to board the plane without going through all the check in details like everyone else. At least offer technical support!
