Compare this experience to Delta app and it's night and day. The stability and performance are terrible. Constant errors when trying to change seats. Checked Reddit the particular error code has been going on for years. Frustrating to not have access to make changes, chat bot is terrible, phone wants go charge you $25 even though there's an app error. The experience before the flight matters, but JetBlue doesn't seem to prioritize it.

I do not like this app. It is useful to just open and close when I need it to look at my info. It is not convenient if I need to see more details, make changes or buy additional services. Right now I am looking at ground transfers for my return flight. I am trying to see details about the different cabs available but the info goes off screen where I cannot see it. They basically took the website layout and put it in the app. This app is not properly optimized.

There are no instructions for how to use the app. For example, no explanation for what's supposed to be in the "From" & "To" fields when trying to book a flight. Any data entered in the field returns, "Hmmm... we couldn't find any results for [whatever data is entered, including city, state, airport, airport abbreviation, numbers, etc.]. You can also browse alphabetically." But exactly what or where the user is supposed to browse is not listed or explained. Pretty much worthless.
