Dates available do not load reliably. No way to filter out day use areas for reservations so it makes it look like there is camping availability when there's not. I wait super long times for pages to load, like the app or server can't handle the volume. Super frustrating on top of an Oregon system that makes it almost impossible to get camping in the summer

Full of bugs and glitches. Choppy, slow, and frustrating. It won't let me edit my profile like: " change my email address". I'm using the app on my Android. They've got some work to do on this app. I wish I could love it, but I don't. Every time I go on it to make a reservation for a Wilderness permit or a camping site, it takes so long that I wish I was on the old system.

The functionality of the app seems good enough. It does what I would expect. It's the hidden fees and unnecessary costs that really aggravate me. It says a campsite is $25. It comes out to 25.91. Then there's a sales tax. Then there's a transient occupancy tax. Then there's "taxes." Three different taxes?! There's also an $8 reservation fee. Now my $25 campsite is $37.02. Also they lied about cancellation refunds and fees. Also if I modify the dates they charge me $10. It's worse than airlines.
