The "Track my Trip" feature is sometimes useless. If a bus is running very late, it seems that the app will just lose track of a bus entirely, or else show that it's stationary for 40 minutes 25 miles away. On why this happens I will not speculate, but that it occurred when a bus was over an hour late implies some kind of tracking kill switch if it reflects poorly on the company.

I purchased tickets 2 weeks ago and they have already canceled 1 leg of my trip 2 separate times. No notice at all. If I didn't randomly check the app today I would have never found out and would have been screwed. Keep your eyes open and constantly check app because these people will attempt to steal your money without hesitation. The good thing is the app works, I guess. I leave in 2 weeks and expect I'll have to constantly recheck app just in case now. I wish they can keep a damn schedule!

If make any mistakes on your travels or booking, they are so unforgiving. I made a mistake on booking my last trip and I was charged an extra $187. I had no choice but to or loose the original trop fare. I have spent around $3000. on trips lately. looking back ,it was a waste. And I'm sure the trunk of a var would be more comfortable.
