Everything has been fixed, except I can't link my hotel reservation to the app. Other than that, I've seen no more issues as of yet. Im able to make dinner reservations and mobile order food just fine. The wait times are accurate. Park map and directions are accurate. I'm able to pull up my passes and tickets with no problems. Universal pay works. Please fix the hotel reservations linking.

Very poor experience adding payments, address, etc. , worst in class. Doesn't use address or payments stored on device or browser, so very long manual typing lots of info on phone keyboard. No options to photo or scan credit card like most good adds now days. Overall tedious process. THEN the app isn't super useful. Main page is just adds, nothing about your account or tickets. Have to go to menus, then account, then into the universal wallet, THEN you can find tickets.

A must-have for people going to Universal Orlando. Really accurate on the wait times for the rides and when stuff was closed. Map was indispensable, and we wouldn't have seen all of the different food options and ride options if we didn't have it. The power-up wristbands in the Nintendo area (paired with the app) worked completely as expected, had a lot of fun with that. If you're going here, get the app.
