StrenuousnessIf you have two rooms on your reservation, you cannot see the second one in the app? That's ridiculous. I was digitally checked in to two rooms that were 8 floors apart (which they cannot rectify because I am "already checked in", only received an email confirmation for one of those two rooms, and can only see the other room in the app. It's a mess, it's stressful, I have been trying to resolve this for hours with no avail.

DifficultHate itApp is pretty annoying so far. Can't order room service in the app as far as I can see. So if it's possible it's impossible to find. I'm already checked in my room, never able to find the "while you're here" swipe up in the hyatt app to connect to the chrome cast. It's all very frustrating. I guess everything else works. In addition, both checking in and checking out through the app have failed, making me have to go to the front desk. What's the point? What's the issue? Just fails. Annoying.

Battery UsagePayment and BillingThis app is pretty good unless you opt to apply for Chase Hyatt credit card. If you do, it takes you to an application. When your application is approved, the whole reservation process is truncated. The card is approved and then nothing. Your reservation doesn’t go through, the new card doesn’t get charged. Everything just dead ends. I had to go back to the Hyatt reservations page and enter a different credit card to secure my reservation. If you're not getting the Hyatt CC, it's fine.
