they rip you off the price a lot of times for their own extra buck, especially if they want to stick with drivers meter pricing and then add the booking fee on top of their meter price when its already included in the fee. Drivers go more base off their own decisions than what the app says. Very iffy and they always charge you the most amount you see for the estimate. at least, this is all experienced in Greece. the app called me two cars for the same destination and added a cancel fee. rip off.

In the City of Dublin, the app worked great. But getting just a little outside the city, it became a problem. Twice, we had prebooked rides, only to be stuck at a remote location, because when the time came, our scheduled ride got canceled because it could not find an available driver. I thought pre-booking was supposed to prevent that. Bad show, folks.

Update: app has terrible GPS, doesn't show realtime update of where taxi is, often gets my location wrong, and now just had a strange experience: I was never picked up. Never saw the taxi. Called him and he said he was on the way but never arrived. Then it said I had to pay and I had no way of ordering another taxi without first paying. Tried to complain from within app but it doesn't work. I like the multiple payment options. Wish it was a little faster but I'm happy with it.
