Normally I would give this 5 stars, but recently I've been having a couple problems. First off, sometimes my settings will be reset so I have to check first every time. But the main problem is that the app won't work a lot of times when I try connecting. I'll toggle the connect button and it will turn grenade but the sheep icon and map stays exactly how it was and never connects. I usually have to restart my phone before it will actually work right.

Hello, I've used other vpn apps and Tunnelbear is the best. I've been with The Bear for two or three years now. The only "criticism" I can give (if you can even call it that) is that the UI acts a little wonky at first if I don't give it a moment or two to fully load up, and that's totally my own fault, not The Bear's. I have had absolutely zero problems or complaints over the time I've had Tunnelbear and would recommend it to anyone. This is a simply superb and easy to use vpn. Thanks.

This app worked great. Until it didn't. Now it won't turn on and I get a perpetual 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later'. I'm stuck in UK, and can't even connect there. Addendum: IDK what you did on your last app update, but now it works great for my Android. No more interfere with my truck interface and no more having to Uninstall and re-install to get it to work. Well done!
