a good place to shop, especially if you want to try new things but dont want to overpay. fantastic customer service and communication, never had a problem with payments since they take PayPal and my info is secure; for 2 years I've never had an issue. BUT - recently, they changed to "local warehouse" only, which means you now pay for shipping. everything from temu is free shipping, but local stuff is $2.99 unless you spend $30 from that specific seller...which is impossible. terrible change.

I used to love it but recently it's gotten rough. I have received random items in replacement of what I ordered. I have had items canceled on the final possible day of delivery even though I can go order the exact same item again. Customer support is literally AI so can't actually help with anything. And, now you have to order $25 from each individual shop or pay $20 in shipping. So disappointing from a platform been using for a few years.

I have an idea that might make the app easier to use and better for certain situations in which I need to purchase many things. I think if we could have multiple wishlists and organize them, it would be very helpful for people like me, who need to budget and prioritize spending but don't want to forget any small details when planning what to buy. Please add an option to make and customize multiple wishlists in the app
