Fun overall, but it's way too easy to get stuck where it's impossible to progress for awhile. Some of the levels require you to get a certain number of coins, but if you bought too many speed upgrades instead of price upgrades, you can't get enough coins even if you fulfill every order perfectly. Now I'm stuck losing the level repeatedly to get coins for the next upgrade. Add the fact that you have to watch tons of ads just to get the gems to progress, and it's just not good.

While the game is fun, it's reset my progress twice now, seemingly to random places. The first time I wasn't connected to FB and it sent me back to the very beginning. The second time I'd connected and was on the second hotel, and it sent me back to level three of that hotel. This also affects diamonds. I sent an email two days ago but haven't heard back yet.

after every level the game crashes. I expected something more. this is very disappointing and I thought the game could have had potential if it wasn't for the constant crashing. (Update: It's Aug. 14th, and so far your attempt to fix this has made the game impossible to open now. I am stuck on the loading screen for 30 minutes and still nothing. Just trash your game already.)
