app is very inaccurate. Searching for something, and even if I put in my location, and choose the option within 10 miles. it is giving me places that are 30 to 200 miles away. I live in a very large city with several large cities around, it's not as if I'm in the middle of nowhere and these are the closest places. I have only had the app for about a month, but this keeps happening over and over, I'm getting tired of it! search for Starbucks and results showed AARP and a hotel offer 🤪

Paid for a NYC tour and tried using the app. tried to login to my account and kept getting invalid code. Did this several times until I got locked out. Now I could not get in until the next day. I'm leaving the next day. Why couldn't Groupon just email it to me. Horrible experience!! I should have selected printing at least i would have it in my in box!!

This app has seriously gone downhill. I used to be able to find deals on local experiences. Now, it's mostly generic ads for things that aren't even available in my area. Sure, you can find the occasional overpriced tour like the $50 trip to a donut shop. I thought for sure there would be some options for the major cities I'm going to!
