This might be my new favorite mobile dungeon crawler RPG. The game is implemented as a true 3D app, which I strongly prefer over 2D and 2.5D games. It offers group cooperative dungeons, PvPvE instances, and “raids”. It has multiple distinct classes. Its RPG aspects allow the player to improve character abilities, class skills, and gear. Gear can be crafted and there are also transmogs (“skins”) available. Character controls while dungeoning are smooth. On the downside, the HUD is good but there are enough controls available on the screen to the player that it can get cluttered on a mobile device. Some additional ways the control the HUD objects would be nice, especially access to potions which need to be the fastest item to access during battle. Finally, my biggest dislike is that the devs give you almost no storage space. Backpacks can be expanded but through actual cash AND the expansion is only temporary. I haven’t played any other decent MMOs that don’t upgrade bags permanently when you pay actual cash. I recommend looking for other ways to monetize the game. It feels punitive to pay real cash for temp upgrades.

In my honest opinion, what a terribly designed game. If anyone has played the pc version they’d know that for the most part there’s a lot of ways to obtain loot and at least have the chance to put up a fight when it comes to pvp. This game, however, completely throws out all basic rules. It has no cap on stat padding and the classes are completely one sided. Barbarians are out of control overpowered. Jump slam spamming is ridiculous and they have insane reach. So much so that its almost impossible to avoid unless you have high movement speed. The game has the worst stat system. You have stat padding with your collection, stat padding with your skill tree, and stat padding with the new rune system. Theres no sort of balance or fairness whatsoever. They singlehandedly killed this game and have made no changes in the right direction to fix it. If anything its just gone backwards. If they had just made it more closely aligned with the pc version and just added something different in the sense of like a different dungeon with new bosses and regularly scaling gear/stats this game would easily be the best mobile dungeon crawler there is. I hope that they fix it because i enjoy dark and darker, but for now don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, don’t waste your storage space. The game is already dead. The trading market had no life and for new players you just get steamrolled by people abusing their cushy padding and class meta.

I’ve died so often to lag issues. I can play and stream all sorts of games and content perfectly fine; but play a few rounds without any issues or dying to a single goblin mob? Nope, can’t do that. I was enjoying it a lot but at this point it’s not even functional. I might come back but I despise dying due to server lag. If it’s my bad gameplay that’s fine but not to lag. I stumbled across the game randomly and while I enjoyed it for the last 3-4 days. I haven’t been able to success play the game without becoming completely lagged out. Maybe the experience is better on PC but mobile I’d stay away from. I can play Once Human without any issues in all the same places I’ve been attempting to play this game. But it just won’t allow itself to be playable. If I had had these issues upon first playing the game I’d have never played the game but it worked great for 48 hours and I’ve been playing the game in the same locations. This game is not a mobile game it’s only meant to be played over a at home WiFi network, it doesn’t seem to be optimized for a mobile network. Tried everything to make it work, lowered the graphics and other settings I could think of, uninstalled and reinstalled. It just won’t play, I’ve played all sorts of games before that are multiplayer and PvP but never have I experienced such a horrible experience with a game as this one.
