So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..

App needs a serious overhaul. Completely taken apart. And started back from scratch. This app is completely messed up. Even with a annoying update. Still the app doesn't work. Like I said completely take the app apart. And start from scratch. Daily Pay is a joke... And stop freaking asking for identity verification, how much do you need from me to proove who I am?

I Really liked it at first until 2 months ago. They fixed the issue I had before. then a week and a half later, same issue. I can't see my earnings anymore. Made like 4 to 5 tickets with them and they keep closing it for some reason without even fixing the problem. Been going on for like 2 weeks now and I'm done with this app. If i can give it zero stars, I would.
