Tendrá mis 5 estrellas cuando lo arreglen. Tiene muchos fallas, la primera es después de un anuncio la pantalla se vuelve pequeña y queda en una esquina. La otra es que si le das hacia arriba mientras ves el video vertical con la pantalla pequeña, se vuelve pequeña también, la tercera es que si estás reproduciendo el video en manera vertical y tratas de bajar la imagen del video se traba en muchas ocasiones. Y en los video verticales se traba al pasar de video y las franjas negras que habían antes que hacía menos consumo por favor vuelvan a ponerlas. No hace falta efectos de colore en las franjas o coloquen una opción que no sea poner el dispositivo en modo ahorro. Mil gracias por favor arréglenlo. It will have my 5 stars when they fix it. It has many flaws, the first is after an announcement the screen becomes small and is in a corner. The other is that if you hit it up while you watch the vertical video with the small screen, it becomes small too, the third is that if you are playing the video vertically and you try to lower the image of the video it gets stuck on many occasions. And in the vertical video it is locked when passing the video and the black stripes that were before that made less consumption please put them back on. There is no need for color effects on the stripes or put an option other than putting the device in saving mode. Thank you very much, please fix it.

If you’re gonna force people to buy your premium make it affordable for everyone. Having 8 ads before, in the middle of, and after a video is beyond annoying. And the next button feature doesn’t need to exist. The fact that you added it proves you’re putting too many ads in your forced as segments. People who can’t afford it use ad blockers cause it’s significantly cheaper. Stop with the ad overflow and people will probably flock to this app more, you’re being outclassed by every other streaming platform and it’s mainly cause yall don’t make your ad count and ad times reasonable. 5+ ads, each like 30+ seconds in length, AND an inability to skip until it’s the last ad? Like really? And work on banning click bait ads there’s way too many of those. I enjoy YT but honestly it’s becoming unbearable to be on cause unless it’s mobile phone you’re BOMBARDED with ad after ad before you can watch a two minute video the only way it makes sense is when you’re watching a 5+ hour video, and the ad spam lets you have a certain amount of time (like 15-30 mins) without them. Blocking someone from viewing cause you guys make viewing an unreasonable pain is not fair to the people who can’t afford your over priced premium. If people are having to use ad blockers it should be a hint y’all need to make changes. So take that hint and for once make a change everyone will love

Horrible algorithm that gets hung up all the time leaving me unable to find anything—even if i search for it. Also, i have to use a third party to download videos in 4K. My internet is good but it doesnt work streaming 4K., and downloads arent an option. If i have to use a third party to download videos, so i can watch them—then what am i even paying for premium for anyways? I might as well just cancel if i am gonna do this much work to watch them like this. Pirating would be easier. I want to pay for things, and actually receive them. If i can’t then what was the point? Are you really going to push me to figuring out how to do this in this day of age? You wont even let me pause the video and load it so it will play. It can download a video in high definition faster than it can stream it. Feels intentional. Like you want me to buy a new computer or something. It will only be a matter of time before capitalism replaces you, or socialism takes you over… wouldnt that be nice to lose control over one of the biggest apps in the world because you cant handle not trying to get more from every single angle? I thought this was supposed to distract us from our problems and make them feel solved, not drive us so crazy that it inspires us how to fix the entire system. And if you do want a better world, why do you have to get there in the most annoying way possible?
