The amount of ads is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that getting something for free you’re going to have to sacrifice a little but holy cow it’s infuriating. I would play this game more if not for that. I like the game itself but the amount of ads make it almost unplayable. As soon as you open the app you are bombarded with 10 different things to buy, as soon as you finish a level, and/or attempt a level you get another advertisement you have to close out of 3 or 4 different times and the X is so small you inadvertently click the ad itself and get redirected to a page you never meant to go to in the first place. It’s almost like they don’t want you to play the game. It is so so frustrating I’ve contemplated not playing it at all but if you could fix this or cut them even in half it would be more doable. If you don’t plan to spend any money just be prepared to spend the majority of your time in this app watching ads, mostly about games that have no ads, isn’t that ironic.

The app itself is great. Works as intended and has fun visuals. The puppy set is adorable! Unfortunately, the most important part of the game, the puzzles, can be ridiculous. Like that time I started a puzzle and before I got to make a single move there were no more moves and I lost a life. Or the time I made the only move available at the start of a puzzle and…there were no more moves available. Or the 85 other times there were no moves available after the first or second move. This was within the first 150 levels. I have no interest in a puzzle game, where the point is to SOLVE PUZZLES, where the only option is pay to win - to buy coins with real life money to beat the puzzle or wait 5 days until you can collect enough coins to hit the “reshuffle” button get a second chance at beating the puzzle, but you’re not guaranteed a win (or a solvable reshuffle). Though I have noticed that the likelihood of a winnable deal after you buy a reshuffle is significantly increased to nearly 100%. Pay to win mechanics are disgusting and bad company practice. It’s also illegal in many countries (just not the US).

This game was a blast! At first. Until the day I decided to purchase their city pass and there was a glitch in the app that made it as if I hadn’t purchased anything. Ok, I get it, things happen. Should be easy to just reach out to the developer to fix and I’m sure they’ll be more than willing to correct this. Lol. Nope! Send a screen shot of your purchase. Ok. Done! Oh, we ‘recommend’ that you reach back out when the purchase is no longer pending. Lol. Ok. Now I’m getting irritated. Don’t tell me what you recommend. Tell me what your policy is. Anyways, at this point the even is almost over and I’ve asked for a refund and yes, sent a screen shot of the complete purchase that they “recommend” since I’m apparently a criminal. Lol. I’m not going to battle them over $7.57 but I would like to warn everyone to not be tempted to make any purchases. If the app glitches, you’re screwed out of your money. And it will be a pain to recoup. If you’re prepared and have disposable income, more power to ya! Also, their “online support” is slower than molasses and you don’t get any notifications when they respond. You just have to leave the app open, go to info and leave that screw open all day as if you have nothing better to do with your time. Good luck!
