hubbleclub app may be one of the worst applications I have ever dealt with. For dealing with the safety of children, this may be one of the biggest jokes. When the app can connect to your monitor it's great. But that amount of time it just spins and wont connect is more often than not. When you try to play music, you get timeout request within 3 secs of trying. if the music does get going it randomly shuts off even with a timer going.

The camera is amazing. The app, however, is awful. It works 5% of the time. Most of the time I can't get the music to play or stop if it's already playing. Other times, it tells me that I have no devices. When the app is down for maintenance, it takes 3 times longer than they estimate and nothing seems to get fixed. We should have gotten a camera with its own Bluetooth connected tablet. Edit: was 2 star but dev response focused on maintenance notifications. They don't care that the app is broken

you get what you pay for, but to hear back from the kiddo, I have to hit an extra button. Otherwise it's muted( probably to avoid echo). Another thing I've had trouble with has been the consistency of loss of connection eventho nothing in the environment surrounding it, the peripherals all connected still, the app Isn't updating and, it still will disconnect randomly. settings never stay how you have them.
