If it's not one thing going wrong with this app, it's another. The app is poorly designed. Important buttons appear under the soft keys for the phone so I can't use them. Passwords break if I don't use the right "special characters." And from one minute to the next the interface changes so I can't find the function I was just using.

Fantastic when it works, I have to have two accounts for my in-laws. They don't do tech, so I have to keep their doctors updated. I can't use just one loging. Every month or so, it wants me to re confirm them, and now I am completely locked out. It just gives me an error message and won't let me log in at all. I had to call my FIL doctor to let him know he was in the hospital last week. The face I have to go to an outside page to view anything is also annoying. This app is very annoying.

App crashes when I try to view any personal medical information. The previous version wasn't great, but at least I had access to what I needed. This one is just completely broken. Note: The iOS app seems to work fine. I don't think the developers are too concerned with their patients using Android. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to fix.
