the game is great, but the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. they don't answer you for extended periods of time, then they want you to fill out a form which is completely ignored. it took over a month to get anywhere with them and still no resolution. i spent over $3k usd per month on this game and still have not received all of my purchases or winnings in events. they really do not care. perhaps they will finally care when I report it to my credit card company. just being honest

Gameplay is fun until you run across an issue, and then you are s.o.l. because you will be lucky to hear back. it takes about 2 weeks to get any reply on the Line App, sometimes longer in game as well. If there is a reply, then it's the same stall tactic by bouncing the issue to somebody new in each time, hoping to frustrate you to the point of dropping the issue. Just my opinion, but not the way you should be handling your customers, and yes, I DO pay, so I am a customer.

very fun, strategic game. u better join a faction to survive though!! fractions are free to join, and helps you grow your city faster and safer. without joining, you will probably be attacked more so than not. after all it's a game that you attack others. game seems so simple but it isn't as far as strategy goes. don't let the keep you from playing because the game has a built in helper that guides you by suggestions the entire time.
