I usually always have a good experience with shutterfly. The quality of my photos on their cards is outstanding. The service is quick and reliable. The one time I was sent the wrong project I used the automated help service to get the correct project remade. Even after confirming the correct project order # I was sent the wrong project order again. Other than that, it's a great service that I continue to use.

My recent experience was just completed. I found that navigating the website was sometimes challenging, especially the layouts. And I was only able to choose a black or white background, except for only one picture. That was very frustrating. My previous books from Shutterfly gave me many options. When I finally finished the book and decided to checkout before the "unlimited pages" offer ended, I was not given that promo nor either of my Groupons.

Disappointed. I ordered birth announcement cards for my daughter, and the photos were printed off-centered on every single card! These were not cheap! I expected better. Plus, I ordered some additional prints, and they seem to be lost in the mail, or are being shipped with the slowest possible carrier. There has not been an update to the tracking in 5 days! I've been a customer for years, this is unacceptable
