It's got a long way to go but the potential is there. Free tuner apps have no trouble picking up the notes but the loog app is very inconsistent it takes multiple tries to get it to register anything and this is across 4 different devices I've had this problem. Every time my daughter shows interest i get excited and we just end up frustrated

This app could be a powerful teaching tool if the company would spend some time/money to make it work. I have two different android devices and they both crash constantly when trying to run this app! Loog has spent a bunch of time/money creating a piano over the past few years, yet they are passing up an awesome opportunity to actually keep kids engaged in guitar by creating an app that doesn't crash every time a kid tries to play. Loog, please focus more resources on support!

This app has not worked since we got the guitar last year. App crashes during each video lesson and can't pick up our guitar sound, even though the app was given all permissions. If it can't hear our guitar, we can't use the app to tune or play the games. With each video lesson also crashing - there is just no point to having the app. Understand the last app version had similar problems but we hoped the update would fix -- nope. Tired of wasting valuable time messing around with this. Boo
