About 3 out of 5 times that we try to book a flight on the app, we can go so far into the booking, and then there's an error that comes up to check our internet connection. I am sitting right next to our router. Our Roku TV, which is in a totally different room, never has problems. I have no problems with any other app. Actually, I just realized, it had gotten better. But I just updated it, and it has started happening again. Very strange.

Frustrating app. Only works intermittently, and never after a required update. I have uninstalled, rebooted phone and reinstalled, all to no avail. Keep getting error message. Someone needs to work on this ASAP. I finally used my laptop to book off the website. Guess I will have to print boarding passes. Read the other reviews, many concur.

Just set up my account. Right out of the gate, I see app challenges with creating an account. First, I use a password generator to create unique passwords. Which, requires me to be able to taste in the password I've created. This app will not allow you to paste into a form field? Second, I typed a short password, so I can later go in and change it to what I created. The passwords I typed in did not match. The app did not allow to me to view the passwords. So, had to clear & type again?? 🙄🙈😏
